Students and staff are encouraged to wear <b>blue</b> to show their support for Bell Let's Talk Day. Students will receive den points for participating. <br><br><p>The theme is taking a moment for mental health. Canadians will be encouraged to prioritize mental health and give mental health the moment it deserves:</p><ul><li>Moments to take care of and be in tune with your own mental health</li><li>Moments to reach out to those around you, caring for their mental health</li><li>Moments to recognize the societal importance of mental health, which can take many forms – from flag raisings, school assemblies, sharing personal stories, to learning and listening</li></ul><p>While taking a moment for mental health has many benefits it does not take the place of professional mental health diagnosis, treatment and supports.</p><p>Check out our <a href="https://letstalk.bell.ca/tools-and-resources/"><b><u>Tools & Resources</u></b></a> to download the Bell Let’s Talk toolkit and Conversation Guides and share your own actions using #BellLetsTalk.</p><p>Stay connected!
